At my core, my mission is to support you in liberating your most Undeniable Expression and most Potent Leadership, so you can make the impact you know you are here to make.
If you’ve been in business for awhile, you’ll know the distinct feeling of a client crossing your boundary. The quick tightening in the chest and the resounding “noooope” in your mind.
By now you’re aware of the effects of having too loose or non-existent boundaries in your business.
What you may not know is that there’s actually 2 types of boundaries, and as a visionary, growth oriented business owner, you’re going to want to have both in your business.
If you want more spaciousness AND income, and you intuitively know that you actually require more spaciousness in order to move into your next level of income …
You’re probably falling prey to thinking you need to:
✖️ Raise your rates (but they already feel at the edge of your edge)
✖️ Get more high end clients (but you already feel capped out)
✖️ Hire more team (which feels like WAY more work and possibility for even more disappointment)
✖️ Create a new program (which you don’t have the space or creative zest to really sit with)
✖️ Do a bigger launch of something you’ve already created (ummm bigger launch, *insert instant overwhelm sensation because you still haven’t recovered from the last one*)
Let's talk about time freedom.
The average person works a 9-5, 40 hours a week.
If you're a business owner, you've likely, at least in part, started a business with intent to experience more freedom - especially time freedom.
But did you know that the average entrepreneur works around 60 hours a week? And some go up to 95! That's 20 hours MORE a week than the average employee.
That's 3120 hours a year.
In contrast, I've been working an average of 15 hours a week for the last 9 years.
That's 780 hours (not including all the holidays).
That's 2340 hours more per year of free time that I've built into my life.
Operating mostly from your masculine is common in our culture, because society still supports a more masculine way of doing business and approaching life (hello patriarchy and white supremacy).
But when we disconnect from, or push aside our feminine aspect, we also disconnect from the source of our creativity, our fulfilment, and the wise guidance of our desires ... The place where those intuitive hits come through that can make all the difference in running a soulful AND successful business.
When Jordan first reached out to me, I had been sharing about my Work Less, Make More Intensives online. These are primarily designed for super gifted coaches, facilitators, and service providers who are overworking in ways that no longer feel good. They want to enjoy their work way more and feel like they have more space… while making more.
He wasn’t too sure if it was the best fit because he wasn’t overworking with clients, and he mostly felt like he needed more clarity and passion for his business. Plus, he knew I primarily worked with women.
Still, he felt the pull to connect and I was excited to learn more about what he needed and how I might be able to support him.
