For more than 12 years, I’ve coached successful business women worldwide to tap into deeper levels of impact, expression, desire, business prosperity and fulfillment with more ease and joy — without sacrificing what’s most important to them.
In this process I have personally had my trainings received by thousands of women, reached millions through YouTube videos, made millions, and most importantly, I’ve watched my clients grow into Potent and Profound leaders who are making a DEPTH of impact they feel proud of.
Growing up I yearned to know what my purpose was and how I would make the impact I could feel I was here to make, I’ve been driven by both growth and service from such a young age.
My greatest challenge?
Self expression. I lived like a chameleon most of my life, constantly adapting to who I was around and what would make them feel more comfortable with me.
As a result, I sometimes felt like I didn’t really know who I was or what MY opinions were.
Tapping into my Undeniable Expression has been the greatest gift and shift in my life.
As I got further into my work facilitating masterminds and groups I realized what a huge difference clearly communicated expectations, boundaries, and standards would make in both the ease and enjoyment both my clients & I experienced.
I also realized that no matter how much you prepare, no matter how much you filter people, and no matter how solid your boundaries are… there will be challenges.
There will be people who are disappointed, there will be clients that don’t pay on time, people (inc. team) you need to release, and there will be hard life situations that come up.
The only thing you can do is increase your capacity to be with it all, discern what’s yours and what isn’t, and still serve with your highest potency and leadership.
I know that as I increase my Million Dollar Capacity, I get to create my impact in even more fun and creative ways … like co-running an electronic music festival (with a focus on creative self expression - yess!) with my husband that has over 100 performers, 50 volunteers and 20 core team members!
