Hi, I’m Allison

At my core, my mission is to support you in liberating your most Undeniable Expression and most Potent Leadership, so you can make the impact you know you are here to make.

7 ways to open up more POTENCY & spaciousness for yourself while being a better leader.

7 ways to open up more POTENCY & spaciousness for yourself while being a better leader.

Want to make more money in your business but already feel at capacity?

Here’s 7 ways to open up more POTENCY & spaciousness for yourself while being a better leader.

1. Reclaim Your Power.

If you find yourself feeling out of sorts and disconnected from the confidence you know you have access to, chances are you’re leaking your power.

We can give our power to past situations (like a nasty comment on a social post or a disappointed client), to people (hiring a mentor to save you from a situation), and more.

Reclaiming your power brings your energy back to you so you can move forward with the potency and power you know creates the most magic.

Start Reclaiming your power here in Claiming Your Crown

Belief: I am capable of being with the intensity of my own power.

2. What work are you doing that drains you the most?  Release it or delegate it.

Is there a particular client (or multiple!) that isn’t a good fit that you can release? Are you doing tasks that take you so far out of your wheelhouse that someone with more expertise could do super easily and quickly that you could hand it over to?

When you’re in a tight spot financially both of these things can feel impossible.  Having to release income or even give a refund to let a client go - no way!  It may feel hard to believe but when you let this go, you open up so much more space for multiple clients that take LESS energy (and probably are happy to pay you more).

It IS costing you money to hold onto clients that drain your energy (and time too).

Hiring help doesn’t have to be all or nothing either.  You’d be surprised with how much even just a little support can make a difference. Look into hiring an assistant for a couple hours a month or week, or a house cleaner once a week instead of full time to start.

The energy and time you free up from that little bit of support can help you make even more money (not to mention relief and joy!) with the creative space you free up… and then you can hire even more support if you still want more.

Look at what big or baby steps you can take towards freeing up your most precious resources - your energy and time.

Belief:  I can allow myself to experience relief even before I think I’m ready.

3. New, clearer or more upheld boundaries.

Are you holding your own boundaries for yourself?

Are you clearly communicating your boundaries to your clients? Team members? Community?

Are you applying consequences when people cross your clearly communicated boundaries or do you make exceptions or excuses for them?

The answer to these questions will tell you where a lot of your energy is going.

Belief: Boundaries are blessings to all.  Boundaries make things easier to navigate for everyone.

4. Systems.

Are you recreating metaphorical wheels every time you do something in your business? Or are you creating more efficiency, simplicity and streamlining them?

For example: Do you have autoresponders in place for people to automatically receive when they hire you or join your program?

Do you have templates for agreements, terms, codes of conduct, your schedule, your intake process for clients, your closing process for clients?

Do you change the price and format of your package/program for most of your clients?

What processes could you simplify or duplicate more easily?

Belief: The more I apply helpful systems in the areas that don’t require my consistent creativity the more my creativity is freed up in the areas where it’s most valued and enjoyed.

5. Raise your prices.

If you’re already at capacity, especially with clients, this could be the perfect time to raise your prices.

Do you feel deeply valued by your clients? If the answer is no, it’s time to raise your prices.  If the answer is yes, it might be time to raise your prices.

It doesn’t have to be by a lot (but it can be if that’s what feels correct for you).

Let’s say you have 8 clients that are paying $1800/m ($14,400/m). Instead of feeling like you need another client to make another $1800/m you could raise your prices to $2050 ($16,400/m). OR, if you actually wanted to only work with 7 clients to have more space to create instead, that would allow you to make the same amount but with the time and energy of one client freed up.

Or if you’re charging $250/hour, and you find yourself talking about the same things over and over and over again with your clients (which you have a lot of)- giving the same exercises, etc. You could keep charging $250 but make it a group session instead of 1:1.   * This is a great option if you want to transition into higher priced 1:1 and still be inclusive of those who want to continue at the same investment level.

Belief: When I charge amounts that allow me to be my best and do my best work the ripple effect increases and everyone wins.

6. Express yourself more freely and fully.

Imagine yourself trying to wrangle a handful of kids. Think about how much energy that takes (if you have kids you might not have to think too hard about this one).

The same amount of energy consumption happens when you are micromanaging your expression.  You are constantly on edge, thinking about how saying this will make that person feel or what other people will think if you let that part of you shine, or if people will think you’re too much if you don’t censor yourself.

It can be scary, vulnerable and edgy to release a potential lifetime worth of controlling your expression to appease others.  I know this.  Well.  Like all the above, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing all at once. It can be small steps, releasing little bits of censorship at a time.

Belief: The more honestly I express myself the more energy I have, and the more wholly I am loved.

7. Increase your Capacity for Deep Leadership.

When supporting your clients and working with your team and community, it’s inevitable that there will be some challenges that arise.  Increasing your capacity to feel your feelings and to release any story attached to them (including and especially any story of being responsible for OTHER people’s feelings/experience) frees up an incredible amount of energy.

When you increase your capacity to hold deep presence with what is, without being reactive, you’re able to be a better leader for yourself and others.

Belief:  I can receive the information about other people’s experience without it needing to mean anything about me.  It’s safe to feel my feelings without making meaning about them.

Going deeper into each of these areas, as needed, allows you to operate at your highest potency and deepest leadership - this is where the depth of impact you care about gets to happen… all while experiencing a deeper sense of peace and spaciousness for yourself.

Focusing on potency and depth of impact and desire support on your journey?

Let’s work together to amplify the magic!
