Why It Took Me Longer Than I Thought to Be Successful
I remember when I was just starting in this world of online business. I was learning about everything I could get my eyes and hands on (which was a lot). Niching, launch funnels, list building, opt-ins, client avatars, websites, social media marketing, youtube videos, and the list goes on.
I felt like I was getting nowhere despite staying up until all hours of the night every night learning. So much work, so few results.
"Why?" I wondered? Am I just not cut out for this? Do I need to be a hardcore hustler to make this work.
Maybe if I just did one more certification, one more training, read one more blog post, I’d have the latest technique or tool I’d need to make things come together…
Looking back I can see there were 4 main reasons I wasn’t making progress:
I was learning A LOT… and implementing very little.
I wasn’t implementing because I wasn’t clear (on my purpose, my business, what I wanted to create…).
I wasn’t Being who I needed to be (ME!... aligned!).
I was trying to do it alone.
To me, the REAL reason all comes down to #3. They all come back to me not being who I needed to be to really make this all come together. To be clear I don’t mean that I needed to be someone else, I mean I needed to be to STOP trying to be someone else and following everyone else’s rules before my own.
It’s not so much about all the things I was DOing but who I was BEing that was costing me progress and impact.
I was looking for the answers outside of myself (surely someone else could just tell me what to do!?), even though they were sitting right there inside of me (I could feel them, I just didn’t trust myself yet).
I thought the answer to my success was outside of me (which led me to business opportunities and directions that weren’t really what I wanted, and to trainings that didn’t feel fun or aligned). Ultimately I wasn’t opening myself up to the deeper wisdom and knowledge within myself.
I’m guessing this added a good couple years to my learning curve.
Which brings me to YOU. To your learning curve.
You’re probably here because you want to make a difference and you want freedom. Simple. And yet, you’re lost on how to make it happen.

*You might be thinking well, why wouldn’t I use the business information I get…why do I need an initiation to my higher self?? Let me tell you. If you don’t trust yourself, or even give yourself the opportunity to listen to your own guidance you will constantly be questioning yourself, doubting yourself. You may procrastinate, start unhealthy habits, self sabotage, or not put yourself out there. All things that will prevent you from experiencing the fulfillment and success (by your own standards) when it comes to your business and sharing your gifts. Muy importante.
