Hi, I’m Allison

At my core, my mission is to support you in liberating your most Undeniable Expression and most Potent Leadership, so you can make the impact you know you are here to make.

4 Messaging No-No's

4 Messaging No-No's

The last few weeks I've been looking a lot at messaging, publicity and moving through all the "stuff" that can inevitably come up throughout that process. I've also facilitated 18 "I Am Enough" Cellular Activations (and booked in another 10!  If you've been following along - I think I've got about 62ish to go to reach the 100 I committed to).

*can I just say, wowy!  These have been even better than expected.  One client last week accepted their first paid in full client into their new mastermind at a $100k investment AND made a bold move they'd been resisting in their dating life.

Anywho, I started to notice a theme come up around "putting ourselves out there."  Not feeling good/smart/capable/clear/experienced enough is something that influences the thoughts we think and the actions we take ALL the time in every area of our lives, and certainly in our business.

One of the thought forms this may have shown up as for you is "I don't want to contribute to the all noise."

If you've been scared or resistant of sharing (your thoughts, ideas, work, self) for fear of contributing to all the “noise” out there, here's what I want you to know.

Rich Leadership isn’t about:

1. Talking/sharing for the sake of talking.
2. Talking/sharing because you’re scared people will forget about you.
3. Talking/sharing because it’s what you do to get clients, and your coach told you to share something every day.
4. NOT sharing or talking because you’re scared of what others will think or because you don’t feel like your voice is good enough or worth being heard.

Any of those sound particularly familiar to you?

It's natural for those things to hold ANY of us back at moments. But here's the thing, you ARE a Rich Leader - so let's anchor that in.

Rich Leadership IS about allowing yourself to be a clear channel for the message that wants to come through you to come through.

It doesn’t require force, but rather simple allowance.

It’s about believing the value of what you have to share and sharing it from that place. One of both expression and contribution.

So, if you’re scared about contributing to the noise… good. It's something to be aware and conscious of so you aren't making those messaging no-no's.  Coming from that place (of should or have to, or pressure) isn't going to feel good to you or anyone else receiving it.

However, now you have the opportunity to ground back into the truth of what wants to flow through you.

That may require being gentle and patient with yourself.  It may mean giving yourself some spaciousness and quiet time so you can actually HEAR and receive the message that wants to be expressed through you.

So create space in your life to listen. To listen to the voice that wants to be expressed, and to the message that wants to come through you - and then share it boldly and fully, while holding whatever intention you have.  Just as much as people may hear your voice or read your words, they can feel the energy behind it.

What does this bring up for you today?  I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic - pop on over to the Living Richly Lounge to share (not only what this brings up for you but the message that ends up coming through too!).
