I do not believe sacrificing the most important things in our lives in an attempt to make a difference in the world will bring you satisfaction, fulfillment, or sustainable financial success.
These old paradigm beliefs are sneaky and can keep you playing small, staying inside your comfort zone (which will not lead to growth), and living out the status quo:
Working harder than necessary
Not feeling fully supported
Saying “yes” to things you want to say “no” to
Saying “no” to things your soul actually wants you to go for
Sacrificing things that really are important to you
Settling for what you think you can have vs what you truly deserve
Taking care of everyone else and longing for dedicated time where YOU are the one being focused on and taken care of.
Overworking - whenever you have free time for yourself it’s filled up with work, other people's needs or numbing out. Even if you have space for yourself, it’s like your mind and energy are still working overtime.
Defaulting to strategy, what other people are telling you to do and shoulds, instead of really slowing down, tapping in and following your guidance.
Not allowing yourself to slow down or take breaks (because you're scared of what will happen if you lose momentum) = fatigue, anxiety, sleeping problems, headaches…
Taking on clients who aren’t totally the perfect fit because you CAN help them and they need it and you doubt if you can call in more of your actual Soulmate Clients.
Feeling the need to over deliver, but it comes with a twinge of resentment when the time comes to deliver.
Not spending the present, quality time with loved ones (inc. yourself) that you want to.
Feeling stressed around money (no matter how much is there).
Holding back your expression and feeling the stagnation of content creation + pent up pressure in your chest.
One of my greatest gifts is the ability to quickly analyze a business/offering/person, see what’s missing, or see where there are money and energy leaks or untapped potential and then know what needs to be shifted, so that change is instant and you can properly leverage your precious time, energy, and money.
