Accessing Peace in Uncertain Times
It's easy to be in the energy of abundance, richness and joy when things are going amazing and you're feeling clear and certain.
But, what happens when things change, certainty slips from under you and, if you're being frank - you feel stressed, highly affected by the collective consciousness and concerned about what's to come (or not to come!)?
This is what I love about Living Richly - while some people might assume it's all about makin' that money and rollin' in dough without a care in the world, it's actually about SO much more than that.
Living Richly goes deep, and in that depth you can find peace, certainty, richness and joy - even in uncertain & challenging times.
A Living Richly human is someone who...
<3 lets all of herself be expressed and owns it all (whether it’s her quiet grace, bold fierceness, raw sexuality, wild creativity, deep spirituality, weird quirkiness, and everything else she’s got going on).
So, in times of uncertainty, how can you let yourself have compassion for what you're feeling and let yourself BE where you're at and express what's real?
<3 doesn’t carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. Instead, she asks for and allows herself to receive support, and to release control. She prioritizes living and focuses on enjoying the journey.
So, in times of uncertainty, stand up & check in with your body and energy. Set the intention to shake off any feelings, energy, thoughts, fears or worries that are not your own (and literally move your body). Clear your energy, reclaim your power, and know that you can serve yourself and others much better when you aren't carrying the collective (because it's not yours to carry).
<3 doesn’t prescribe to hierarchy mindset. She sees that leadership is a role that everyone plays in their own unique way.
So, in times of uncertainty, release judgment and trust that how each person is showing up right now is exactly how they are meant to be showing up, and how you are being guided to show up is correct for you. Go all in on you, and cheer others on for doing the same for themselves.
<3 knows money is a tool to create great change in the world.
So, in times of uncertainty, again, release judgment of others or yourself for wanting to keep sharing your gifts in service of your community and know it's okay to want to make money, and that as you make money you're able to continue circulating it to people, places and causes that matter to you and make a difference.
<3 listens to and follows her intuition. She is willing to say “no” when something or someone isn’t aligned or a priority. She is willing to say “yes” to the big dreams she has, even when they are scary or beyond what others can see.
So, in times of uncertainty, know that the one thing that remains certain is your inner wisdom/intuition/gut instinct/connection to Source. You can trust yourself. You are safe. You can trust yourself.
<3 values freedom for all, growth, enjoyment, and connection. She loves deeply and fully. She lets herself experience spaciousness and doesn’t hide her greatness for the comfort of others.
So, in times of uncertainty, be kind and generous in all the ways you can while still taking great care of yourself. Get innovative on the ways you can bring joy and connection into your day to day. Let yourself think outside of the box on how you can feel freedom & connection (even when stuck in your house). The space created in this uncertainty is making room for something great for you if you let it.
<3 knows she can have everything that’s important to her: love, health, impact, financial success, happiness...
So, in times of uncertainty, when scarcity may be prevalent, notice the riches you do have. What you appreciate, appreciates. Allow yourself to see the riches you have in love, health, impact, finances, happiness...
If you are sick, how are you well? If you feel financially strapped, how are you still financially supported and well off? If you feel alone, how are you still connected? If you feel sad or stressed, where is there laughter?
<3 shows up for herself just as much as she does for others and she doesn’t feel guilty for taking time for herself (and for pleasure).
So, in times of uncertainty, still put yourself first. Still take precious care of yourself (maybe more than ever). If you don’t know it to be true, trust me for a moment when I say that taking care of yourself and giving yourself permission to experience pleasure is in service of not only you but the collective.
Feeling guilty for what you have right now doesn’t serve anyone. Use the energy that is generated through self care to serve in the ways you feel genuinely called and leave the rest behind.
